Summary[edit]
The player takes on the role of Barbie and races horses through various tracks of the Primrose Hill Charity Cup, to help fund horse adoption.
To complete the tracks successfully, Barbie has to collect items along the way.
Game Design[edit]
2D, isometric top-down view.
The game supported multiplayer play by allowing two players to compete in minigames.
Gameplay[edit]
Racing[edit]
Complete 8 race courses to gather the prize money for the horse charity.
Primrose Hill Village
Collect 10 pink flowers and put them in the vases near the castle.
Primrose Hill Farm
Ride through the flags on the cross country course to turn them pink.
If the player misses the flag, the rest will turn yellow. Find the missed flag and ride through it.
Primrose Hill Race
Ride through the course 3 times and beat the time - 03:30.Find a shortcut next to a pink barrel.
Buttercup Mountain Trail
Ride to the top of the mountain.
Look for pink horseshoes for a speed bonus and fly spray to keep the flies away.
Pine Valley Race
Ride through the course 3 times and beat the time - 05:30.
Watch out for small critters running around the course.
National Park Trail
Follow the arrows on the ground and ride through the trail course.
Look for pink barrels and hidden secrets next to them.
National Park Race
Ride through the course 3 times and beat the time - 03:50.
Look for the secret area with a hidden ballon.
Primrose Hill Final Race
Ride through the course and beat the time - 03:00.
The Stables[edit]
Dressing Room
Here the player can change Barbie's pants and jackets.
There are 4 options for each clothing part, giving 16 different combinations.
Choose A Horse
Here the player can change the horse's coat, color mane color, and head markings.
There are 4 options for each part, giving 64 different combinations.
Charity Photo Album
Here the player can see all the horses that they adopted.

Trophy Case
See all your ribbons and trophies won in the races.
Mini-Games[edit]
Four mini-games which can be unlocked through winning races.
Easy and hard mode is available, as well as single player and multi player.
Horseshoes
Toss the horseshoes onto the pegs in the shortest amount of time! There are 5 rounds.
Easy mode: The player moves the horseshoes left and right with arrow keys. Press A button to load the power gauge on the right side of the screen. Release the A button to throw the horseshoe.
Hard mode: The horseshoes are moving from left to right on their own. Press A button to stop the horseshoe in the right place and load the power gauge. Release the A button to throw the horseshoe.
Happy Trails
Create a path that leads the horse to jumps without going off screen. You need to hit 5 jumps.
Use A buton to rotate the road and obstacle tiles and direct the horse to the nearest obstacle to jump it.
Use R button to make the horse walk faster.
New obstacles and pink sugar cubes are randomly appearing during the gameplay.
There are 5 levels, On which the horse has to jump different amount of obstacles: 5, 7, 9, 11, 13.
Shoe Shuffle
Move all the horseshoes from one peg to another. You can only move one at a time. You cannot stack bigger horseshoes on smaller ones.
Easy mode: 3 horseshoes.
Medium mode: 5 horseshoes.
Hard mode: 7 horseshoes.
Maze Valley
Guide the horse through the maze as quickly as you can. Collect sugar cubes to gain extra time.
Use R button to make the horse walk faster.
The horse will stop on crossroads, waiting for the player to press the arrow key where it has to turn.
There are three difficulty levels: Easy, medium and hard.
Riding Mechanics[edit]
Use arrow keys to steer the horse, which might be difficult due to the isometric view.
A button to make the horse canter, B button to jump.
R button to immediately stop the horse and mount and dismount.
